Sr Human Resources Generalist - 3rd Shift Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Human Resources Generalist to join our team on the 3rd shift. As a key stakeholder, you will play a vital role in driving excellence in all facets of the human resources function at our state-of-the-art facility in Franklin, WI. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the HR Manager in all aspects of the plant's human resources function, including recruitment, policy administration, employee relations, payroll, safety, training, and development
Maintain regular floor presence and direct contact with employees and supervisors to monitor the employee environment and address concerns
Accurately maintain plant training records and report any training gaps or required training to management
Develop and maintain solid working relationships with individuals at all levels
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of HR and recruiting experience, with payroll experience a plus
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
HR-related work experience in the manufacturing industry required
Strong leadership, communication, presentation, problem-solving, organization, and time management skills
Current knowledge of legal requirements for human resources, labor, and safety
