What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review medical, dental, PBM, and vision accumulators for discrepancies and correct overages
- Manually update accumulators and manage accumulator transfers
- Update CVS copay coupons accumulators
- Provide backup support to other locations as needed
- Complete additional tasks assigned by the manager
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school graduation or equivalent (GED)
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of medical terminology, including ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding
- Experience working in medical insurance companies
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with GIAS Claims system
- Excellent judgment and the ability to work independently
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude with a focus on customer service principles
