Job Summary We are seeking Senior Financial Analysts to support our Technology Business Management (TBM) Finance and Marketing Finance teams. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will assist in the analysis of projects and proposals related to revenue, strategy, capital, operations, and expense, utilizing computer modeling techniques. You will provide expertise and actionable financial guidance to Finance and leadership teams through insightful analysis, financial modeling, and business case development. Key Responsibilities Analyze projects and proposals related to revenue, strategy, capital, operations, and expense, utilizing computer modeling techniques Provide actionable financial guidance and support to customers, empowering them to achieve business objectives Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and analyses to support business decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing, and Finance, to drive business growth and excellence Communicate financial results and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations and reports Identify areas for cost efficiencies and process improvements, and develop recommendations for implementation Support the development of business cases and evaluation of financial opportunities IT Finance Positions Technology Business Management (TBM) Finance Support Analyst Lead and collaborate on initiatives that drive value using TBM through data and process deep dives, data validation and analysis, and spend-to-business outcome assessments Provide expertise and actionable financial guidance to Finance and IT leadership through analysis and recommendations Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and analyses to support IT business decisions Collaborate with IT and Finance professionals to identify areas for cost efficiencies and process improvements IT Business Partner/Project Support Analyst Provide day-to-day business partnering, expense and capital forecasting, analysis of contract requests, and capital investment processing Develop and evaluate business cases, financial models, and ad hoc assignments Provide expertise and actionable financial guidance to Finance and IT leadership through analysis and recommendations Marketing Finance Position Marketing Business Partner/Project Support Analyst Provide day-to-day business partnering with the Marketing team, expense and capital forecasting, analysis of marketing campaign budgets, and capital investment processing Develop and evaluate business cases, financial models, and ad hoc assignments Provide expertise and actionable financial guidance to Marketing and leadership teams through insightful analysis Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance, or related discipline Four (4) years of direct experience in financial analysis, financial planning, business consulting, project management, accounting, audit, or operational analysis Strong analytical, human relations, and communication skills Knowledge of advanced personal computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite Preferred Qualifications Financial Planning & Analysis experience Experience with budgeting and forecasting Financial modeling experience Ability to influence and lead business partner interaction Self-starter with proven ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple demands/projects in various stages of completion Understanding of activity-based costing concepts (e.g., fixed versus variable costs) – TBM Position Good with data analytics and data mining – TBM Position Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At FedEx Services, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
