Sr. Enterprise Data Architect

Design and implement data architecture solutions in line with the company's overall data management strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand data requirements and develop appropriate data models. Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide data architecture framework, including data standards, policies, and procedures. Lead the design and implementation of data integration processes and tools to ensure seamless data flow across systems. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve data management and provide strategic insights. Develop and maintain data governance processes and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance. Communicate and present complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Mentor and train junior data architects and other team members on data architecture best practices and standards. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and ensure alignment with the company's data architecture standards. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data management, and proactively make recommendations for improvement. Identify and resolve data architecture issues and roadblocks in a timely and efficient manner. Participate in project planning and estimation, and provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams. Ensure data architecture solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with the company's long-term goals and objectives. Develop and maintain documentation for data architecture processes, procedures, and standards.
