Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-Time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor to work 34 hours a week, with flexible hours between 8am and 4:30pm CST, Monday through Friday. As a Data Entry Claims Intake Processor at blithequark, you will be responsible for accurately entering data from insurance claims and authorization requests, ensuring expedient and efficient processing to meet client turnaround times. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers, adhering to high standards of quality and accuracy. Navigate efficiently and effectively through imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry, demonstrating proficiency in software applications. Differentiate between various claim types and follow appropriate data entry guidelines, ensuring compliance with established protocols. Accurately identify specific document types that require special handling, exercising keen attention to detail and analytical skills. Collaborate with team members to ensure work completion in accordance with designated turnaround times, fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation. Support additional workflows as needed due to internal or external requirements, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility. Additional Responsibilities Perform quality reviews of other team members' claims/authorizations according to established data entry guidelines, contributing to the maintenance of high-quality standards. Qualifications and Requirements To be a successful candidate for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: Education: High school diploma or equivalent, providing a foundation for further learning and development. Experience: 6 months or more years of experience in data entry or typing-focused roles, demonstrating proficiency in data entry skills and attention to detail. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong data entry/typing skills, with the ability to achieve high accuracy and efficiency. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in data entry tasks. High degree of accuracy, with a strong focus on delivering error-free results. Assessment Requirements If selected for further consideration, candidates will be required to complete an online alphanumeric data entry assessment. To be considered for this position, you must achieve a minimum of 8,200 KSPH with a 98% Accuracy Rate, demonstrating exceptional data entry skills and attention to detail.
