We are searching for senior professionals who have worked at a sports agency for at least five years and have built strong, trusted relationships across agencies throughout Europe. If you know the decision makers, talent managers, and athlete representatives in multiple markets, this opportunity is for you.

This is not a full-time role. It is a strategic, flexible partnership you can build alongside your existing work.

Who we are looking for

• Minimum five years’ experience working within a sports agency

• Strong relationships with multiple agencies across Europe

• Deep understanding of athlete representation, contracts, and commercial structures

• Trusted industry professional with long-term relationship capital

• Belief that athletes should own their audience and unlock direct revenue streams
