This person will be responsible for supporting the Customer Service and Prepress Customer Services teams in bringing projects to production. They will combine covers and create files in the integrated system, in addition to managing directories on the web portal and tracking customer file submissions.
Responsibilities:
When your actions lead to success:Optimize production by grouping several files (Combos) to maximize the use of raw materials.Create and write work files in the system when orders are confirmed, planning all production steps to ensure optimal performance.Reserve the necessary raw materials to ensure their availability at the time of production.Ensure the entry of PDF files and follow up with the customer according to established deadlines.Manage users and directories of the Insite web portal, including creation, configuration, maintenance, and necessary adjustments.Perform any other related tasks to effectively support production.
Qualifications:
