About the Role As a Content and Client Experience expert at Blithequark, you'll be responsible for supporting a team in creating and delivering a game-changing new tool that will revolutionize the way we approach sales enablement. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Channel Projects Development and Customer Deals Enablement, to ensure seamless execution and optimal results. Your expertise will help us optimize the client experience, drive sales, and maintain our position as a leader in the industry. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Blithequark's sales enablement goals and objectives. Collaborate with program managers to map out the client journey and identify opportunities to meet goals and exceed expectations. Orchestrate content from various sources, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all channels. Design and maintain a style guide, library of association content, and performance metrics to track content effectiveness. Participate in rapid prototyping and testing to inform content and experience decisions. Develop innovative solutions with IT and Product teams to accelerate sales, enhance the client experience, and drive revenue growth. Analyze client experience data and translate insights into actionable content strategies. Ensure seamless integration with existing tools and systems, including content management systems and Adobe Experience Director. Essential Qualifications 8+ years of experience working with content improvement teams and local partners, with a proven track record of success in a geo-preferred environment. Deep understanding of Blithequark's products, features, benefits, and applications. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex metric client experience data into effective content strategies. Experience with content management tools, including Adobe Experience Director. Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Unwavering commitment to ethics, values, integrity, and trust. Preferred Qualifications Experience with UI/UX design and digital marketing to drive sales and optimize client experiences. Knowledge of content optimization strategies and best practices. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and rapid prototyping. Experience working in a highly matrixed environment with cross-functional teams.
