Job Summary We're seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a remote work environment. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes, while also providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers and patients. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers and patients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Enter data accurately and efficiently into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and compliant with company policies and procedures. Process transactions, including returns, voids, and exchanges, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels and inventory movements. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, and stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment. Perform other duties as assigned by management, including special projects and tasks. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, computer science, or information technology. At least 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field, with a strong understanding of data entry software and systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we're looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications: Experience with inventory management software and systems. Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience with data analysis and reporting.
