Software Engineer (R&D Team)

About the Role: You may work on our main products, such as InfinitePay or Jim, contributing to new features You will explore experimental products and features that may or may not reach the market. We take our experiments seriously and strive to learn as much as possible from them, even if they don’t necessarily end up being integrated into a product What you'll do: Turn early production ideas or prototypes into production code Write tests to keep reliable, following SecOps and DevOps procedures Patch security issues as soon as they appear and release small, safe updates through CI/CD pipelines with near-zero downtime. You own what you build (performance, uptime and maintainability) Continuous improvement is expected: take part in product discussions, share what you know and help the team move faster together What you'll need: Solid software development foundation with Python, SQL and JavaScript/TypeScript ( Node.js , React) Cloud-native architecture experience and familiarity with modern development workflows Practical experience with LLMs and AI-assisted development tools and techniques (e.g., using Cursor, OpenAI APIs or similar tools) Strong engineering practices including automated testing, observability, resilience, maintainability and application security Problem‑solving mindset with clear cross-team communication and collaboration Ability to communicate and debate in English and Portuguese Bonus points if you have: Background in high throughput or real‑time systems for handling scale and performance challenges Practical exposure to multi-agent frameworks and AI system orchestration Experience with game development and virtual simulation Recruiting process outline: Programming assessment Technical interview Cultural interview If you are not willing to take your time to work on a test case, do not apply.
