Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. Use analytics to track and report on the performance of social media content and make recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing and on-brand content. Conduct research and provide insights on social media best practices and competitor strategies. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing and brand objectives. Help develop and maintain a social media content calendar. Assist with community management and engagement initiatives. Attend team meetings and contribute creative ideas for social media content. Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure all social media content is in line with company values and messaging. Act as a brand ambassador for Comcast on social media platforms. Continuously look for opportunities to improve and optimize social media presence. Collaborate with other interns and team members to complete projects and tasks as needed.
