Social Media Manager (Instagram) — Luxury Intimate Wellness Brand

Our aesthetic is editorial, modern, soft, and high-end — similar to Tom Ford Beauty, LELO, and Moon Juice. We create an emotionally safe, empowering environment for our customers through elevated visuals, storytelling, and product curation. We are expanding our creative team and are looking for a skilled, reliable, aesthetically-driven Instagram Social Media Manager to take daily content creation and storytelling off our hands. Role Overview You will be responsible for planning, creating, and posting daily Instagram feed posts and stories that reflect the brand’s tone, emotional depth, sensual wellness messaging, and luxury visual identity. This is NOT a beginner role. We’re looking for someone who understands: • Luxury branding • Consistent IG aesthetic • Storytelling that feels warm, empowering, and sensual (not explicit) • Engagement strategy for a premium e-commerce brand If you thrive in visually-led brands and love creative freedom — this role is for you. Responsibilities • Create 1–2 high-quality Instagram posts daily (photo, carousel, or short-form video/reels when needed) • Create daily Instagram Stories that are on-brand and encourage engagement • Write captions in a warm, editorial, emotionally intelligent tone • Maintain and grow a visually cohesive feed that reflects ShhAmor’s luxury identity • Develop weekly content plans aligned with campaigns, new arrivals, and brand messaging • Coordinate with our founder for approvals before posting • Track engagement and recommend improvements • Repurpose assets (AI visuals, product photography, brand imagery, and UGC when available) Requirements • Proven experience managing IG accounts for luxury, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or fashion brands • Strong understanding of Instagram growth strategies • Ability to create cohesive, premium visual content (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or equivalent tools) • Excellent writing skills — soft, elegant, non-explicit sensual tone • Comfortable working with intimacy wellness products (vibrators, oils, lingerie, accessories, etc.) • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Ability to meet daily posting deadlines Preferred Skills (Not Required) • Experience with AI content tools • Reel editing • Understanding of performance metrics • Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or e-commerce content planning • Ability to pitch creative ideas and campaign concepts What We Offer • Long-term collaboration potential • Creative ownership within a luxury brand • Flexible remote work • Consistent income with daily workflow • Opportunity to grow into a bigger role (brand manager, creative director support, etc.) How to Apply Please submit: • Your resume • Links to Instagram accounts you currently manage • A short portfolio or IG grid samples that demonstrate your aesthetic • One short paragraph on why you feel aligned with the ShhAmor brand Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
