Responsibilities As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: Fielding customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes Providing feedback on call issues Upselling if required Qualifications We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do.
