I’m looking for a skilled and resourceful Virtual Assistant who isn’t just task-oriented but opportunity-oriented.
You’ll help me across different areas including:
1. Admin support: data entry, calendar scheduling, email follow-ups
2. Marketing support: basic social media posting, content repurposing, Canva graphics
3. Online research: competitor analysis, product research, sourcing leads
4. Content handling: uploading blog posts, formatting documents, summarizing info
5. Other tasks: if you’re skilled in copywriting, sales outreach, or automation tools (like Zapier, Notion, Airtable, etc.)—you’ll stand out
This is NOT a one-time job. I’m looking to build a long-term working relationship with someone who:
. Has common sense and can think on their feet
. Communicates clearly and promptly
. Takes ownership and gives suggestions, not just waits for orders
. Knows how to make themselves valuable in any business setting
