Pay Range: $59,916 - 74,295 annually This position requires the candidate to reside in NE, IA, KS, MO, or TX. Final candidates will be required to come on-site prior to receiving an offer or on their first day of employment. Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle Do you have an eye for detail and online display? As NFM’s eCommerce Site Merchandiser, you’re responsible for the online merchandising of NFM.com. This position is accountable for creating and executing the NFM.com online merchandising plan and calendar, and will work with the merchandising, marketing, and the UX teams to execute the online merchandising strategy. Job Duties: A Day in the Life Manage Categories online with accountability for increasing performance, such as conversion, revenue, and average order value Monitor Optimize on-site features and functionality including navigation, category pages, homepage, banners, and PLPs to ensure consistency and maximize engagement Plan Leverage website analytics to understand performance and customer interaction with categories, featured product placement, general online shopping experiences to help identify business opportunities and risks Collaborate With peers and leaders to ensure priorities and direction align with Merchandising and the business Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love—because that’s what we love. Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes? Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Merchandising, related field or equivalent experience 3 years’ experience in digital merchandising or product management Proficiency in MS Office suite Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or Google Analytics preferred Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Cross category experience preferred with a strong understanding and passion for consumer-focused ecommerce Working understanding of marketing channels, tactics, and end to end consumer lifecycle Ability to build strong relationships with peers and senior leadership Ability to learn new systems quickly, identify issues and present possible solutions Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines Must have strong sense of accountability, ownership, attention to detail Ability to work nights, weekends and/or early morning hours based on business needs Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check #LI-Remote Benefits: What’s in It for You?
