Shopify Website Development: Backend & Cosmetic Enhancements

We are looking for a skilled Shopify developer to assist with both backend improvements and cosmetic changes to our website. The ideal candidate will have experience in enhancing website functionality, optimizing performance, and implementing design updates to improve user experience. Your tasks will include troubleshooting, making design adjustments, and ensuring seamless integration of features. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently and effectively to meet our urgent timeline as conversions are not working and we need to have more social proof. Must have experience with Shopify and a good understanding of both frontend and backend development. We're looking for a US-based professional who can start immediately. We are a GLP-1 start up. Please keep in mind we are a start up that has not made any sales yet.⚠️ IMPORTANT — UNITED STATES ONLY We are ONLY looking for a developer who is based in AND originally from the United States. We have previously worked with freelancers from other countries and have experienced repeated communication issues, misunderstandings, major delays, and lost money due to language barriers. I already have the review videos ready, and I also have the official “As Seen On” badges (we paid to have the business published on ABC, Fox News, CBN, and CNN.)Our marketer’s main feedback is that since we’re a newer brand, we need to build more trust and social proof on the website to increase conversions. Add our “As Seen On” badges (ABC, Fox News, CBN, CNN) to the homepage and/or product pages 2. Add 3 silent, auto-play review videos to the homepage or product pages 3. Add 4 FAQ questions in a dropdown / accordion style on the product pages 4. Add the “live visitors” feature — the small element that shows how many people are currently viewing the page (even if it’s not real). Example: “ 400–500 people are viewing this page right now” 5. Add written testimonials to the product pages (can reuse what’s on the homepage) and include a few of the graphics/images already created in a small carousel or image section 6.Add a visible text element that says: “Join the 450,000+ Americans using GLP-1 treatment” (Placement: near the hero section or above the main CTA) 7. For semaglutide, tirzepatide, and oral GLP-1, update the 90-day pricing to also show the monthly breakdown (example: $949 = $316/month) 8. Add a HIPAA compliance badge in the footer / bottom section of the site Important but non-cosmetic updates (needed as soon as the above is completed): 9. Add a “Returning Customer” button that routes to a refill flow connected to our doctors office who easily has integrated with Shopify.10. Set up an automatic refund if a user is denied a prescription through our doctors office. 11. Our Klayvio text flow is not firing. We think it needs to autopopulate a + but we need to fix it either way. 12.
