Shopify Coordinator – Assist on Shopify Plus Build
DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a proactive Shopify Coordinator to support our team in the build-out of our new Shopify Plus site. This role will help keep projects moving by assisting with open tasks, following up on outstanding items, and coordinating communication between our internal team, developers, and vendors.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with tracking and completing open Shopify Plus tasks.
Gather and organize information on features, integrations, and functionality.
Follow up with developers, designers, and third-party vendors on deliverables.
Document project updates, decisions, and timelines.
Research solutions for Shopify Plus functionality questions.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth task handoff and completion.
Support Director and PMs in organizing and prioritizing workloads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with Shopify (Shopify Plus a plus).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
