IT Production Operations Specialist (Remote USA only)

Responsibilities include receiving and logging calls, emails, and voicemails; troubleshooting end user incidents; fulfilling service requests; and providing proper escalation and follow-up on all issues for 2nd and 3rd level support. The Help Desk Specialist may be asked to provide documentation for problem solving measures on various applications.
• Previous experience as help desk specialist or in an IT related support role (2+ years with a degree or 5 years of experience without a degree)
• Demonstrate ability to perform in positions of responsibility
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and Windows 11
• Strong leadership, organizational, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to listen, work directly with staff, answer phones, document problems, and speak and write in terms easily understood.
• Aptitude for learning new software products and applying troubleshooting skills to assist callers.
• Able to work with minimal supervision as well as work in a team environment.

Monitors and takes corrective actions to restore services in production operations within the following areas: Data Center Operations, Desktop Operations, Network Operations, Server and Storage Operations, Cloud Operations and LAN/ID Administration.
• Monitors system and application dashboards for anomalies as defined by the assigned IT Service Area.
• Understands and works on resolving problems in the areas monitored under the guidance of a Senior or Lead Operations Specialist.
• Fulfills services from the Service Catalog of the area(s) supported (Desktop, Server, ID Management etc.).

$68,485

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
