SFDC Solution architect (Remote - US)

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale architecture initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role involves defining strategic roadmaps, designing cross-cloud integrations, and driving technical excellence across distributed teams. You will collaborate closely with business and product stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions, while setting engineering standards and ensuring platform governance. Accountabilities • Define, design, and implement robust Salesforce-based architectures leveraging core capabilities, Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud. • Lead technical design sessions, architecture reviews, and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices. • Develop and drive the long-term Salesforce platform strategy aligned with enterprise business goals. • Oversee complex cross-platform integrations with systems such as Snowflake, AWS, and external APIs. • Champion data strategy, API-first design, and event-driven architecture principles. • Optimize platform performance through DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation best practices. • Act as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders, bridging business requirements with technical solutions. • Establish engineering standards, enforce platform governance, and ensure security compliance. • Provide mentorship and leadership to developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 5–10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design. • Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud. • Strong experience with Data Cloud, MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and integrations with systems like Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and AWS Lambda. • Solid knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD tooling (AutoRABIT, Azure DevOps), and source control. • Familiarity with event-driven architecture, Pub/Sub models, and modern API gateways. • Proven ability to lead distributed engineering teams and guide cross-functional initiatives. • Strong architectural thinking, decision-making, and documentation skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Availability to join within 0–30 days and work from the office in Hyderabad.
