They are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Property Paralegal to assist solicitors in managing residential and commercial property matters from contract to settlement. Responsibilities • Handle day-to-day tasks across property files (residential and commercial) • Draft contracts, transfer documents, and settlement statements • Liaise with clients, agents, banks, and other law firms • Manage critical dates and prepare for settlements (including PEXA) • Conduct title searches and maintain accurate file records Skills • At least 2 years' experience in a property law or conveyancing support role • Familiarity with Queensland property transactions and conveyancing procedure • Experience using PEXA and legal practice software (e.g. Smokeball, LEAP) • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills • A professional, reliable, and client-focused approach Benefits • HMO on your first year Company Overview • We are GMC, an education-based marketing company specializing in full end to end consulting.
