Your mission:At Noda, lead generation isn’t just a function — it’s the heart of our marketing strategy. As our SEO Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping us scale rapidly by making sure the right customers find us in the right markets, at the right time. This isn’t about vanity metrics — it’s about driving real, measurable growth across competitive international fintech landscapes. What you'll do: Lead and refine the SEO content strategy, identifying high-impact topics and clustering commercial keywords across core content pillars. Develop briefs and coordinate multilingual content production (EN, DE, NL, RO), ensuring quality, deadlines, and alignment with Noda’s value proposition. Oversee content performance and proactively update underperforming assets to maintain SEO value and lead-generation impact. Conduct competitive analysis and collaborate on keyword prioritization to inform content and SEO roadmap decisions. Own reporting and insights through weekly and monthly SEO performance updates covering traffic, indexing, rankings, and leads. Manage technical SEO initiatives in collaboration with IT and agencies, including site speed, indexing, and metadata optimization. Drive link-building strategy and internal linking structure; manage tools, subscriptions, and SEO vendor relationships. What we're looking for: Ideally, you have a solid understanding of fintech industry (ideally online payment processingand open banking) — or a clear willingness and ability to learn fast Proven experience in SEO content strategy tailored for lead-generation, ideally in fintech, B2B tech, or eCommerce Strong understanding of SEO principles, both content-focused and technical Understanding and ability to adapt to industry trends and challenges such as programmatic SEO, Google's AI overviews, optimisation for AI engines etc. Excellent communication and project management skills Experience working with writers, external agencies, and cross-functional teams Ability to balance multiple priorities, manage deadlines, and maintain a high content quality bar What do we offer?100% Remote.
