(Senior) Workday HR Consultant

We are currently seeking a Workday HR Consultant to join our growing team. If you're passionate about HR technology, problem-solving, and making a real impact, we want to hear from you. What will be your Key Responsibilities? As a Workday HR Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact solutions that improve HR processes and drive business value. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their needs and bring their Workday vision to life. Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Talent or Workforce Management Lead or support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday solutions for clients. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions. Provide day-to-day support and troubleshoot system issues. Conduct testing, training, and documentation for end-users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption. Who are we looking for? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field. At least 3 years of experience with Workday HCM (Workday certification in one or more modules is a plus) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and client-facing abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment Proactive, solution-driven mindset; comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Fluency in English, Dutch and/or French is required What’s In for you?
