About the Role: Senior Sourcing Specialist We're excited to introduce an exceptional career opportunity for a Senior Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team at The Walt Disney Company. As a key member of our strategic sourcing department, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth, optimizing procurement processes, and fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives with key internal stakeholders to drive strategic sourcing decisions and maximize the value of our $1B+ annual professional services spend. Develop and execute RFI/RFP processes for professional services in accordance with TWDC policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with sourcing and procurement regulations. Analyze bids based on overall cost/delivery to identify opportunities to achieve the best value, and prepare and execute clear, structured negotiation strategies using Strategic Sourcing methodology. Prepare and execute contracts, as well as perform post-award administration, to ensure successful partnerships with service providers. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement performance management programs with providers, focusing on quality, responsiveness, and cost. Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in strategic sourcing, procurement, and professional services, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement. Demonstrate exemplary integrity and ethics in all interactions, and showcase skillability with all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements. Essential Qualifications 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in services category sourcing. Strong strategic agility, analytical skills, and negotiation abilities. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage with personnel at all levels. Ability to collaborate in a team environment and demonstrate internal client awareness. Knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes, basic legal terms and conditions, and entertainment industry trends and conditions. Proven skillability with all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements, and established experience working with the legal department on matters regarding boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with and/or for companies that provide consulting and advisory services. Professional Services Sourcing background is a plus. Consulting/Advisory background is a plus. Education Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
