Lead and inspire a high-performing remote sales team of 3-4 sales managers to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
Drive the development and execution of sales strategies, ensuring that managers achieve or surpass their sales targets.
Use data-driven insights to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize sales processes.
Collaborate with Go-To-Market, Operations, and Enablement teams to refine systems and drive sales growth.
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring to sales managers, helping them develop their skills and maximize their potential.
Establish clear performance metrics, hold the team accountable, and foster a culture of collaboration and achievement.
Requirements
Proven leadership experience managing sales teams, particularly in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
Expertise in managing frontline leaders and helping them navigate complex challenges.
Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving exceptional results.
Analytical mindset, with expertise in using CRM tools (such as SFDC) to track performance and optimize sales strategies.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to motivate, engage, and develop teams.
Deep empathy for customers, with the ability to translate insights into strategic actions.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally to align on goals and drive success.
