To Manage The Loading And Unloading Of Dc-10S And 727S At Fedex Ramp Facilities; To Ensure Compliance With All Applicable Regulations; To Provide Effective And Efficient 24 Hour Ramp Operations. Bachelor'S Degree Preferred. Five (5) Years Operational Or Equivalent Airline Industry Experience, Including One (1) Year Of Management. Two (2) Years Of Aircraft/Ramp Related Experience Preferred, Specifically With 727 Or Dc-10 Aircraft. Technical Proficiency In All Ground Interface Operations. Knowledge Of Policies And Procedures Pertaining To Aircraft Ramp Activities. Dot Certification Preferred. Strong Basic Management, Human Relations And Communication Skills. Minimum Education Bachelor's degree/equivalent. Minimum Experience Seven (7) years business experience including two (2) years related experience in transportation, which includes one (1) year of management/supervisory experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Understanding of all applicable customs relations. Strong basic management, human relations and communications skills.
