Your deep understanding of the film industry, gained from working at a studio or research agency, will be instrumental in driving success.
Your responsibilities will include:
Serving as the voice of film landscape insights, presenting in large forums and keeping stakeholder teams connected to consumer needs
Leading mixed-method research studies, maximizing internal knowledge, and leveraging syndicated research to build a strong understanding of consumer needs
Owning film-related intelligence workstreams and cross-team projects that drive impact beyond title research
Developing innovative research approaches and experimenting with new methods
To succeed in this role, you will have:
At least 7+ years of hands-on research experience at a studio or market research agency, with deep film knowledge
Experience designing, planning, and executing research projects end-to-end, particularly quantitative methods
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and surface learnings from past research
Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills, with experience socializing research findings across departments
Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting to change, with strong prioritization and time management skills
