Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions, providing personalized recommendations and solutions. Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution, ensuring they have the best possible experience. Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions, meeting and exceeding sales targets. Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory, staying up-to-date with the latest products and services. Refine your sales skills through outbound calls to current blithequark customers interested in our products and services, identifying new sales opportunities and building strong relationships. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or GED, providing a solid foundation for your career. One or more years of work experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment, where you have developed strong communication and customer service skills. A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a schedule that is provided four weeks in advance, allowing you to plan and balance your work and personal life. Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during peak periods, such as summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods. Even better if you have one or more of the following: Experience working in a commission-based environment, where you have developed strong sales and negotiation skills. Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions, providing personalized recommendations and meeting customer needs. Customer service experience, where you have developed strong communication and problem-solving skills, providing exceptional customer experiences.
