Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound inquiries from applicants via phone, email, and chat, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve their queries. Provide technical assistance to applicants, enabling them to complete their applications seamlessly. Navigate our computerized system to respond to and troubleshoot applicants' questions, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. Show empathy and understanding towards applicants, providing personalized support and care. Stay up-to-date with our application programs, ensuring you're knowledgeable about the latest features and updates. Identify inefficiencies in our workflows and suggest solutions to improve our customer service experience. Essential Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support to customers. Technically savvy, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds. Demonstrated ability to work independently, adapting to new challenges and priorities with ease. Ability to handle a high volume of activity across multiple channels (phone, email, and chat). High level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in your work. U.S. work authorization is required. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual abilities (English/Chinese (Mandarin)/Spanish) are preferred, but not required. Availability to work a 6 am-3 pm schedule is preferred.
