Utilize expertise in property claims to accurately assess damages and determine coverage. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and third-party vendors to gather necessary information and negotiate settlements. Maintain detailed and accurate claim records, documentation, and reports. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements for efficient claims handling. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to property claims. Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex claims and make fair and informed decisions. Provide coaching and mentorship to less experienced claims adjusters within the team.
