What You'll Be Doing: Lead the end-to-end application of large-language-model technology across advertising, content generation, user-facing product features. You will own strategy, roadmap, and execution—turning prompt engineering and best-in-class tooling into measurable growth for a regulated crypto/fin-tech business. Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement AI-driven growth strategies that leverage product features and viral loops to increase user acquisition, retention, and reactivation. Prompt & Tool Governance – Curate a prompt library, manage toolchains (LangChain / MCP, OpenAI Functions, Anthropic Claude, etc.), and run offline + in-prod evals to maintain response quality. AI Agents & MCP Platform Development: Architect, build, and maintain AI agent frameworks and a scalable Model Compute Platform (MCP) to orchestrate complex workflows across trading and customer service systems. 0–1 Product Launch: Drive end-to-end product development from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization, with a focus on AI features in fintech contexts. Market & Technology Research: Continuously scan the AI landscape by reading leading research papers (e.g., “Attention Is All You Need”) and industry news to inform roadmap decisions.
