As a Senior Product Designer, Live, you will:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a user experience vision, balancing strategy and tactics
Drive human-centered design processes, from concept to launch, to meet member needs and exceed expectations
Innovate and contribute to the overall design system, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and delight
Present compelling stories to stakeholders, articulating the experience strategy and vision
Advocate for members worldwide, embracing experimentation and A/B testing to inform design decisions
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
5+ years of experience designing user experiences for consumer-facing products across mobile, web, and TV
A track record of delivering successful products and projects, with a deep understanding of live-streaming, member expectations, and industry trends
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity
