Responsibilities
Architect, develop, and maintain production-ready mobile applications using Flutter
Take a holistic approach to application design, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
Drive technical decisions autonomously and take ownership of outcomes
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate product needs into technical solutions
Ensure applications align with iOS and Android platform guidelines and best practices
Leverage modern development tools, including AI-assisted coding tools, to improve productivity and code quality
Qualifications
7+ years of professional mobile development experience
3+ years of hands-on Flutter development experience
Proven track record of shipping high-quality Flutter applications to production
Strong proficiency in Dart and the Flutter ecosystem
Solid understanding of iOS and Android platform capabilities and guidelines
Experience using Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor)
Ability to work independently without direct technical mentorship
Strong technical communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
Ownership-driven mindset with a focus on results rather than titles
