The Role: Senior Product Designer, Acquisition As a Senior Product Designer on our Acquisition team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the user experience for our global audience. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, consumer insight researchers, engineers, and stakeholders to design and develop acquisition products that turn non-members into informed, delighted, and satisfied Netflix customers. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop innovative acquisition products that drive user growth and revenue Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product opportunities Conduct user research to inform product decisions and validate design solutions Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Netflix's brand and design principles Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts Work closely with product managers to define product requirements and develop product roadmaps Analyze data and experiment results to inform design decisions and iterate on product solutions Communicate design decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders and team members What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong foundation in product design, with a focus on acquisition products.
