Due Diligence Analyst ; Remote
Position: Due Diligence Analyst 2 (Remote) Location: Town of Florida Why consider this job opportunity • Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization • Work in a dynamic environment focused on compliance and risk management • Engage in meaningful work that helps combat financial crimes • Be part of a team dedicated to maintaining high standards in due diligence • Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) • Review customer records to assess and document risks associated with individuals under the Bank's KYC and CIP standards • Perform AML Screening/CDD/EDD reviews on prospects and existing customers as per bank policies • Document findings clearly for BSA supervisors, managers, internal auditors, and regulatory examiners • Respond to inquiries from peers and management regarding KYC/CIP and due diligence matters • Collaborate with bank examiners and compliance personnel during audits and compliance reviews What is Required (Qualifications) • Minimum 5-7 years of banking experience, with a focus on BSA Compliance and due diligence • College degree preferred • Familiarity with KYC, CIP, AML/BSA guidelines • Ability to identify and report suspicious activity • Effective communication skills to interact with various levels of staff and management How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) • Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification preferred • Anti-Money Laundering Certified Associate (AMLCA) certification preferred • Experience with risk-based approach methods in compliance • Knowledge of federal and state laws related to anti-money laundering • Residence within the employer's footprint may be advantageous We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
