Our Copilot product is at the forefront of this transformation—leveraging generative AI to simplify and automate legal tasks, making justice more accessible for everyone.You’ll join a passionate, collaborative design team and work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, legal experts, and researchers to create seamless, intuitive user experiences. As a Senior Product Designer, you will take ownership of critical initiatives within Copilot—from concept to launch—crafting solutions that are innovative, empathetic, and aligned with both user needs and business goals.This is an opportunity to design tools that help individuals and small businesses navigate complex legal challenges with confidence. You’ll work on AI-powered features that guide users through legal workflows, offer intelligent suggestions, and connect them with human legal support when needed.How you will make a difference day to dayPartner with product, engineering, and growth to define problems, explore opportunities, and design end-to-end solutions within the Copilot experience.Design thoughtful, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces, from early concepts and wireframes to polished visual designs and prototypes.Leverage AI capabilities to reimagine user flows and unlock new customer experiences.Design human-AI collaboration flows that clearly communicate what AI can and cannot do, and support users in refining, correcting, or expanding outputs.Conduct or collaborate on generative user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate ideas.Apply insights from data and experimentation to iterate and improve designs.Contribute to and help evolve our design system to support consistency across mobile, web, and AI agent experiences—including conversational UI, proactive assistance, and feedback loops.Collaborate closely with other designers to share feedback, refine concepts, and uphold a high bar for craft and usability.Clearly articulate your design rationale in cross-functional meetings and design reviews.What you’ll need7-10 years of experience designing digital products, preferably in SaaS or B2C environments.Demonstrated experience designing complex user flows and intuitive interfaces.A strong portfolio that showcases your product thinking, interaction design, and visual design skills.Comfort working on AI-driven or data-rich products (experience with generative AI tools or machine learning-based UX is required).Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility to drive impactful outcomes.Familiarity with design systems and component-based UI design.Strong collaboration and communication skills, you can explain your work clearly and give and receive feedback effectively.Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and prototyping techniques.A plus if you haveExperience working on AI-powered products or designing with large language models.Background in legal, fintech, or productivity tools.Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing.Experience working in a hybrid or remote team environment.Not sure if you meet all the qualifications?
