Job Title: Senior Platform Developer -(North52 Specialist) Lead ETL Conversion Specialist Location: Remote Duration: Long-term Contract Note: Candidates should be able to travel 2 -3 days quarterly to Springfield, IL, as per client requirement, based on project Needs. Position Description: We are seeking a seasoned North52 Specialist with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the North52 Business Process Activities (BPA) suite. This role is responsible for architecting and implementing complex rule-based logic, business automation, and formula-driven workflows to streamline business operations within D365. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, efficiency, and leadership in rule configuration and optimization, supporting enterprise-level CRM automation initiatives Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Develop and deploy complex North52 formulas including functions, decision tables, and scheduling logic to automate and streamline Dynamics 365 processes. • Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical rule logic using North52 BPA. • Integrate North52 with D365 workflows, business process flows, and external systems where required. • Optimize existing rules for performance, maintainability, and clarity. • Conduct unit and integration testing of North52 solutions, ensuring compliance with technical and business standards. • Troubleshoot formula errors and performance issues across environments. • Provide documentation and technical support to developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders. • Serve as a subject matter expert on North52 capabilities and best practices. Optional Experience and Education Requirements: • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with North52 BPA (Formula Manager, Decision Tables, Scheduler). • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Advanced proficiency in the North52 BPA platform including: • Formula Types: Classic, Decision Tables, Schedule-based, Save-To-Entity • Functions: Find Value, Find Records, If Else, Switch, Execute Workflow, Web Fusion, Set Attribute, Math, Date Time, Security, and more. • Deep understanding of D365 data schema, entity relationships, and process automation. • Experience with CRM customization, plugins, workflows, Power Automate, and JavaScript integration. • Strong ability to debug, optimize, and refactor rule logic and formulas. • Experience promoting solutions across environments and adhering to DevOps/release governance. • Exceptional attention to detail, technical writing, and stakeholder communication.
