PMO Analysts

Position Overview The PMO Support Analyst will play a critical role within the Integration Management Office (IMO), supporting enterprise-level programs on a critical M&A initiative. This role ensures seamless project execution by managing inputs, maintaining project governance, driving action-item closure, and supporting cross-functional workstreams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & Execution + Capture, validate, and enter project inputs into designated systems, tools, and repositories. + Manage project timelines, workstreams, and administrative structures that keep programs running smoothly. + Maintain detailed tracking of milestones, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and action items. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication + Route communications, deliverables, and documentation to the correct stakeholders promptly. + Ensure alignment across IT, business, and integration teams through clear, proactive communication. + Provide project governance support, including compliance, reporting, and controls. Meeting & Operational Support + Own end-to-end meeting operations: scheduling, agenda creation, facilitation, notes, action items, and follow-up. + Drive accountability by monitoring, updating, and closing out tasks across all supported workstreams. Administrative & Logistical Support + Support team operations through calendar management, expense processing, and occasional travel coordination. + Remove operational roadblocks and enable efficient project delivery. Tools & Systems + Microsoft 365 Suite (required) + Excel - Advanced proficiency preferred + Ability to manage dashboards, trackers, and PMO documentation with high accuracy. Role Environment + Hybrid requirement: 1x per week OR 2 consecutive days every other week (total 4 onsite days per month). + Fast‑moving program environment with a high degree of cross-functional interaction. + "One‑and‑done" interview process for quick evaluation and onboarding. Qualifications + 4-6 + years supporting project management, PMO, or integration initiatives (M&A experience a plus). + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. + Exceptional communication skills across teams and levels. + Demonstrated ability to track multiple workstreams and drive completion of action items. + Comfortable working in high-change, enterprise environments. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
