About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our recently formed People Analytics team and guide our implementation of data infrastructure and tooling, as well as drive strategy and roadmap prioritization. This role will partner closely with our various People Team functions (e.g., Business Partners, L&D, Workday/Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, etc.), as well as our Data & Analytics department, and report to our Senior Manager of People Analytics.

The People Analytics function was launched last year and the team is looking to really ramp up the analytics capabilities of the team, everything from data cleansing/transformation and modeling to data visualization and self-service dashboarding.

If you are excited about helping build our People Analytics team in our next stage of growth, we'd love to hear from you!

You Will
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across the People Team, business and Data & Analytics department to understand analytics needs and translate them into scalable solutions
• Build and maintain scalable, high-quality data pipelines and processes for People Analytics reporting, automations, and ultimately insights
• Develop and manage dbt models to transform and test our people data in partnership with our Analytics Engineering team
• Create and automate clear, actionable, self-service dashboards for the People Team and business leadership
• Serve as a strategic partner and subject matter expert across the People Team and broader business to shape the people analytics roadmap, define KPIs, and guide long-term strategy

You have
• Experience partnering across people, business and data/analytics organizations, and familiarity with typical people analytics metrics, KPIs and analysis
• SQL: writing complex yet efficient SQL is a daily habit for you
• Data Visualization: experience with any of the following tools Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, Mode, Hex, or of course, Grafana!
• Experience working with people data from various sources/systems, writing dbt models, and code version control (git)
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences, and maintain many of the essential cross-team and cross-functional relationships necessary for the team's success
