[Remote] TeacherLists Seasonal District Partnerships Associate (Seasonal)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. School Family Media, LLC is a leading media and marketing services provider focused on enhancing school-to-home connections. They are seeking two Seasonal District Partnerships Associates to support their TeacherLists District Partnerships & Engagement team during the peak back-to-school season, blending sales development with onboarding and operational support.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Make 30ā40 outbound cold calls per day to school districts nationwide
ā¢ Introduce the TeacherLists platform and identify decision-makers
ā¢ Generate 3ā5 qualified meetings, leads, or expressions of interest per week
ā¢ Research and source new district contacts
ā¢ Accurately track all activity and outcomes in HubSpot CRM
ā¢ Meet weekly activity and opportunity targets
ā¢ Support EdTech partner school and district setup as needed
ā¢ Create and manage school and district admin accounts
ā¢ Generate and distribute iframe embed codes
ā¢ Monitor district links and platform activity
ā¢ Maintain accurate data in HubSpot
ā¢ Assist with seasonal back-to-school engagement initiatives
Skills
ā¢ Comfortable making outbound calls and starting conversations
ā¢ Motivated by measurable goals and results
ā¢ Able to work independently with limited supervision
ā¢ Organized and detail-oriented
ā¢ Adaptable in a fast-changing environment
ā¢ Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
ā¢ Interested in sales, customer success, or EdTech careers
ā¢ Reliable high-speed internet connection
ā¢ Professional and quiet workspace suitable for outbound calls
ā¢ Ability to work effectively using remote collaboration and CRM tools
ā¢ Ability to spend extended periods working at a computer and communicating by phone and video
ā¢ Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and must maintain ongoing work authorization throughout employment
ā¢ Prior SDR, sales, or call-center experience
ā¢ CRM experience (HubSpot a plus)
ā¢ Experience working in education or with school districts
