Job Summary As a Senior Office Designer at Wells Fargo, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the design and implementation of office spaces, ensuring that they meet the needs of our clients and employees. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and construction managers, to deliver high-quality office designs that meet our standards and exceed our clients' expectations. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of office spaces, including space planning, furniture layout, and finishes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that office designs meet the needs of clients and employees Develop and maintain knowledge of office design trends, best practices, and industry standards Provide technical expertise and guidance on office design and construction projects Lead and participate in project meetings, workshops, and presentations Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues on projects Essential Qualifications 4+ years of experience in office design, architecture, or a related field Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Strong knowledge of office design principles, space planning, and furniture layout Proficiency in design software, such as Autodesk, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects Preferred Qualifications Experience with server farm operations and data center design Knowledge of building systems, automation, and controls Familiarity with construction management and project delivery methods LEED AP or WELL AP certification Experience working with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences What We Offer As a Senior Office Designer at Wells Fargo, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects, collaborate with a talented team, and contribute to the success of our clients.
