Product Merchandiser

Company Overview: PepsiCo Product Merchandiser are essential in keeping our products well-stocked, properly rotated, and displayed according to company standards in high-traffic retail environments such as supermarkets and grocery stores. This active, hands-on role is ideal for motivated, energetic individuals who are committed to providing excellent customer service. Role and Responsibilities: As a Product Merchandiser, you will manage product placement and maintain store presentation standards. Key responsibilities include: • Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with PepsiCo products at assigned retail locations • Rotate inventory on shelves and in storage areas to ensure freshness • Transport products from backroom to sales floor using U-Boats, pallet jacks, and hand trucks • Assemble promotional displays and ensure signage is correctly positioned • Maintain backroom organization and adhere to product rotation guidelines • Build positive relationships with store staff and resolve product or display concerns • Report store issues to managers and PepsiCo leadership • Follow daily operational procedures, including scan-in/scan-out and assigned route adherence • Provide professional and responsive customer service during store interactions • Use handheld devices to manage and process orders • Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance • Perform repetitive physical tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, lifting (20–45 lbs), pushing, and pulling throughout the shift Required Skills and Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 45 lbs repeatedly • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed • Valid driver’s license may be required for some positions Compensation and Benefits: • Hands-on, engaging role with opportunities to build customer relationships • Consistent work schedule with opportunities for growth and advancement • Supportive, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment About PepsiCo: PepsiCo is a global leader in the food and beverage sector, with a portfolio of renowned brands including Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Gatorade, Lay’s, Doritos, and Tropicana.
