To learn more, visit www.greystar.com.JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARYThe Senior Model Builder is responsible for contributing to the Anaplan Center of Excellence organization by helping to define best practices, supporting proof-of-concepts, and bringing new ideas. JOB DESCRIPTION Independently make complex manual updates or Anaplan model updates based on incoming requests. Elicit requirements for small to medium-sized requests, working with users to determine underlying needs and potential solutions. Transform these requests into actionable work and collaborate with technical teams to complete these items, maintaining continuous communication with key stakeholders. Test routine updates and enhancements to ensure necessary functionality continues to work and remains user-friendly. Support with training, documenting, tracking, prioritizing, and delivering results for Anaplan implementation. Assist in developing "Proof of Concepts" models to showcase how things will translate in real-time scenarios and to establish creditability of the Anaplan platform for consideration. Develop, enhance, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of Anaplan-based models and dashboards. Developing in-depth understanding of business processes and develop solutions to improve functionality, user experience and data quality of Anaplan. Troubleshooting issues and escalating where necessary. Stay abreast of latest Anaplan and related systems functionalities as well as industry best practices on data modelling, planning, and process definition. Develop comprehensive expertise in the existing Anaplan ecosystem, including all model intricacies. Collaborating and nurturing partnerships with senior leaders and various teams across the broader organization Develop deep knowledge and technical expertise in Anaplan's data sources, including Greystar operational data, financial data, and other connecting systems Collaborate frequently and closely with other Anaplan CoE team members to comply with Greystar best build practices, model management and project road-mapping Perform Ad-hoc deep dives on pressing/emerging business issues leveraging Anaplan model builder expertise for solutions Expand model ownership and expertise into new use cases over time.QualificationsBachelor's Degree (IT or technical-related degree preferred). Anaplan Certified Model Builder certification (Level 1 and Level 2). Level 3 certification and beyond is a plus. 2-3+ years of successfully implementing Anaplan solutions as model builder. Experience with Anaplan integrators like Anaplan Connect, APIs, and Informatica (Hyperconnect). Experience in regional/global Application Operations & Support Management role and understanding of data integration is a plus. Expert skills of Excel spreadsheet modelling, pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc. Experience in running Helpdesk/support to end-users, incident management, and problem-solving. Lean / Agile Product Development expertise and experience. Proficiency in English language and ability to communicate technical topics in a simple way to non-technical audience. Extract Transform Load (ETL) tool experience (preferred but not required). You have experience with Topline Revenue Forecast modeling (preferred but not required).The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000.Additional Compensation:Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.Robust Benefits Offered*:Competitive Medical, Dental, Vision, and Disability & Life insurance benefits.
