Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Transportation Logistics Analyst to at arenaflex's Distribution Center. As a key member of our Transportation department, you'll play a critical role in supporting our fleet operations, analyzing data, and providing insights to inform business decisions.If you have a passion for logistics, data analysis, and problem-solving, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Key Responsibilities As a Transportation Logistics Analyst, you'll be responsible for: * Assisting the H.L. Transportation Fleet by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform business decisions * Collaborating with managers to outline and prioritize business needs, ensuring that our operations are aligned with company goals * Integrating multiple data assets across various database platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy * Building, creating, and maintaining multiple Excel spreadsheets to support data analysis and reporting * Providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions, ensuring that our operations are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Previous experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a logistics or transportation-related field * Proficiency with bolthires Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization * Experience with bolthires Access is preferred, but not required * Strong typing and 10-key skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment * A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred Preferred Qualifications * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) and logistics software * Familiarity with SQL and data querying languages * Experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment What We Offer As a Transportation Logistics Analyst at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth and development.Our company culture is built on a foundation of teamwork, innovation, and a commitment to excellence, and we're dedicated to creating a work environment that's engaging, inclusive, and supportive of our employees' growth and development.
