Own and grow the direct ad sales business across North America and Latin America, with a focus on premium travel, tourism, and endemic brands.
Build and manage a pipeline of high-value advertisers - from DMOs and hotel brands to rail operators, airlines, and media agencies.
Partner with Product, Marketing, Ad Ops, and Data to bring creative campaigns to life.
Represent Rome2Rio at key industry events across your regions.
Share market and client insights that help shape our strategy and ad product.
Collaborate closely with our Sales Manager for EMEA and APAC to build a global, high-performing sales approach.
Be part of a ‘no-ego’ smart and driven team where your voice and ideas truly matter.
QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For
6–10 years of experience in digital advertising or media sales, ideally in the travel and tourism space.
A strong commercial instinct and proven track record of closing high-impact deals.
Confidence navigating client conversations, building relationships, and managing a dynamic pipeline.
A builder mindset - you’re excited by possibility and comfortable creating structure where it doesn’t yet exist.
A collaborative, thoughtful communicator who thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
Hands-on experience selling into North America and Latin America markets, with an understanding of regional dynamics and decision-makers.
Bonus Points
Knowledge of programmatic, native, and performance-based media.
Fluency in other languages besides English.
