Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring Yelp business pages and live chat platforms to identify, review, and remove inappropriate or spammy comments that violate guidelines. Your key responsibilities will include: Monitoring Yelp reviews, comments, and messages for spam or policy violations, ensuring that all content adheres to community standards. Reviewing flagged content and taking appropriate action based on guidelines, making sound judgments about what constitutes spam or inappropriate content. Responding to live chat inquiries from business owners regarding comment moderation, providing timely and professional support to resolve their concerns. Maintaining accurate records of removed comments and actions taken, ensuring that all moderation activities are properly documented.
