We're now hiring a Senior Information Examiner to join our Information Examination group, where you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve our goals. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for evaluating supporter adjusts across our Disney Streaming portfolio, including Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and Star+. Your expertise will help us ensure that our supporters receive the right information at the right time, while also identifying those impacted by critical episodes that require timely and lawful remediations. **About the Role** As a Senior Information Examiner, you'll be the driving force behind our Endorser Tasks capability. Your primary responsibility will be to help us achieve continuous companion measuring for various business key drivers. You'll work closely with our upstream informing partners to guarantee precise conveyance of membership change informing, including cost increments, supporter arrangements, and new information being gathered. This role requires a unique blend of technical and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and project management abilities. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee admission and document information requirements connected with supporter informing drives, including cost increments, supporter arrangements, and new information being gathered, as well as episode remediation to ensure that the right clients receive discounts when required. * Develop questions based on required business rationale, sometimes legally binding, to determine precise supporters of supporters for informing and remediation. * Convey business requirements to technical teams and provide concise summaries of technical progress or potential detours to business partners. * Develop a solid understanding of supporter adjusts and the technical framework that underlies supporter information. * Oversee project planning and timelines and manage cross-functional delivery to ensure readiness for significant business events. * Drive alignment across Information, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of strong communication processes and functional playbooks. * Collaborate with Data Product and Data Quality Engineering to contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data occurrences. **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of work experience working with SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline. * 2+ years of analytical experience. * Proven ability to convey technical or analytical ideas to a wide range of audiences. * Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages. * Familiarity with data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc. * Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies. * Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence tools. * Familiarity with agile project management methodologies. * Certification in data analysis or related field. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
