Job Responsibilities:
As a Senior Identity & Access Management Engineer, you will:
Lead and provide support for the implementation and administration of IAM platforms
Respond to break/fix requests, monitor environment, and support Digital Technology in change management
Ensure IAM solutions adhere to regulatory, compliance, and internal requirements
Collaborate with development teams and other IAM service consumers
Provide guidance on the implementation and usage of IAM capabilities in enterprise systems
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Bachelor's degree in STEM
4+ years of related experience in Identity & Access Management
In-depth understanding of Enterprise or Customer Identity & Access Management
Knowledge of identity protocols and technologies
Understanding of modern software lifecycle development
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
To stand out as a candidate, you should have:
Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or Computer Science
CISA, CISM, CISSP certification
6+ years of related experience
Knowledge of organizational standards and policies
Knowledge of compliance regulations
