Hillyard, Inc. is currently taking applications for Floor Finishing Lead for our Sales team in Kansas City, MO.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities:
Assist in moving equipment and supplies needed for floor refinishing.
Help with floor preparation, including sweeping, vacuuming, and masking areas.
Support abrasion process under supervision.
Apply finish coatings as directed.
Ensure a clean and safe work environment throughout the project.
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
Oversee daily tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members to ensure project efficiency.
Train and mentor new or junior crew members on proper techniques and safety protocols.
Qualifications Include:
High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years of experience in gym floor finishing or related field with a solid understanding of the refinishing process.
Must be able to travel to other locations.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Time Management skills.
Troubleshooting skills
Understanding of Safety Procedures
Communication skills
Strong leadership skills
