Job Summary:
In this senior-level data analyst role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting complex data to Health Services leadership, enabling our teams to push the limits of entertainment and create unforgettable experiences. Your expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization will help us make informed decisions, drive business outcomes, and create happiness for our audiences worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze data from various sources using statistical models to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Collect and analyze data through observations, interviews, and surveys to inform business decisions
Develop and present compelling visuals to effectively communicate study findings to business leaders
Conduct system audits and reporting to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Create reporting and financial models to drive business outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute detailed studies on population health issues
Provide data-driven insights and consultation to internal and external stakeholders
Establish and maintain positive relationships with cast members and stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement through innovation, meeting timelines, and benchmarks

Requirements:

Strong analytical skills, with experience in systems and tools like MySQL, MS Office, and analytical and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, EpiInfo)
Foundational skills in math and statistics, with a bachelor's degree in a related field (master's degree preferred)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to partner with multiple business areas
Ability to work flexibly, meet deadlines, and think critically
Detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results

What We Offer:

Competitive salary range: $94,200.00-$126,200.00 per year (based on a 40-hour workweek)
