Our organisation is built on a strong foundation of customer-centric values, and we're committed to delivering exceptional service to our members and non-members alike. **The Role** As a Customer Service Advisor at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: * Providing outstanding customer service to our members and non-members across various touchpoints, including phone, email, webchat, and social media * Handling queries and complaints from members and non-members in a professional and courteous manner * Promoting and providing advice on a wide range of products and services to our members * Processing and escalating any customer complaints to ensure a first-time resolution * Supporting other members of your team to ensure a high quality of service to our members **What We're Looking For** We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor who has a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a busy contact centre environment. If you have experience as a Customer Service Advisor, Contact Centre Agent, Call Centre Agent, Call Centre Advisor, or Customer Service Representative, we'd love to hear from you. **Essential Qualifications and Skills** * 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact centre environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to escalate complex issues * Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and handling multiple priorities * Strong team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop **Preferred Qualifications and Skills** * Experience working in a membership organisation or a similar industry * Knowledge of our products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop * Certification in customer service, such as the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) or the Customer Service Institute of America (CSIA) * Experience with social media and online platforms, including webchat and email **What We Offer** We're proud to offer a range of benefits and perks that make us a great place to work.
